ABOUT ME IN A NUTSHELL:
My work combines international leadership and transformation experience with coaching, systemic approaches and reflective methods.
I am interested in how people think, make decisions, communicate and shape change — both professionally and personally. For many years, I have been working across global HR, strategy and transformation environments in different roles and international organisations. Today, I lead an international HR Strategy Execution team with a focus on transformation, communication and global strategy implementation.
Working in complex organisational contexts has strongly shaped my perspective on leadership, collaboration and development. Especially during phases of change, reorientation or increasing responsibility, questions arise that cannot be solved through expertise alone. They require reflection, orientation and the willingness to explore new perspectives.
My coaching approach combines strategic perspectives with systemic thinking, IFS-informed approaches and a strong awareness of each individual context. The focus is on creating clarity, understanding patterns and dynamics more consciously and enabling grounded decisions in complex situations. At the same time, coaching can open up space for new ideas, development and more intentional ways of shaping change.
I also integrate reflective writing methods. I am deeply convinced that writing can help structure thoughts, deepen awareness and open up new perspectives on questions, decisions and development processes.
I work with leaders, experts, teams and individuals navigating change and development processes, supporting them in shaping leadership, collaboration, personal growth and phases of reorientation with clarity, curiosity and openness for new approaches.
